Introduction
The ZYM-GM7031 Smart GNSS Receiver is a complete GNSS receiver solution based on the MediaTek AG3331 SOC platform. Designed for demanding positioning applications such as vehicle navigation, mapping, surveying, security, agriculture and asset tracking, it requires only a clear sky view and stable power supply to operate.
The receiver communicates with host devices via an RS232-compatible interface and stores critical satellite data through built-in backup memory. With low power consumption, the GM7031 can track up to 99 satellites simultaneously, re-acquire satellite signals within 100 ms and update position data every second. Trickle-Power mode enables efficient intermittent operation, while Push-to-Fix allows quick position fixes even when the receiver normally remains in standby mode.
